Our Team
Craig Carter
CFO & Co-Owner
Craig is the Dynamic teams’ Chief Financial Officer & Co-Owner. He oversees the financial operations as well as the daily inter-office administration. Craig is responsible to the General Contractors for: Pre-qualifying paperwork, insurance requirements, monthly project billings, lien waivers, and payment receipts. Craig has 23 years of financial experience ranging from 4 years in public accounting, 12 years working in multi-national corporations’ financial departments, and 7 years of direct financial experience in the commercial drywall industry.
Tony Hardison
Operations Manager & Co-Owner
Tony is the Dynamic teams’ Director of Field Operations. With over 40 years of commercial drywall and construction expertise, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to the general contractor. From the moment the contract has been signed, Tony works with the general contractor on project scheduling, implementation, all the way through successful completion in the field. Tony leads an experienced team of Dynamics’ job site superintendents as they work day to day in the field. Tony is OSHA 30 certified.
Andrew Van Sickle
President & Co-Owner
Andrew Van Sickle is responsible for sales & marketing, as well as customer relations. He has been in construction since graduating from East Carolina University in 1989. During his career, he’s been an estimator, project manager, worked in the field, and held executive positions at various other commercial construction companies. As the president of DBS, Andrew assists in managing jobs, driving sales, and he ensures every client is taken care of.
Kent Cook
VP Chief Estimator & Co-Owner
Kent is the Dynamic teams’ VP Chief Estimator. Kent has specialized in commercial drywall estimating for 30 years. Kent works with the general contractor during the bidding and planning stage to ensure that his bids and submissions are on time, as well as extremely accurate in accordance with the projects scope of work.
